"Morals in the Market Place"
Given the constant stream of high profile business failures, and with others struggling to survive a poor business culture within, there is an increasing awareness that setting ground rules is as important as setting targets.

Polonious will help individuals and businesses to clarify all that is appropriate for them, and looks at the issue in four segments:
  1. Introduction. THE PURPOSE OF BUSINESS.
Are there times when rules need to be broken? Is it possible to compete when others are breaking the rules?
  2. The Individual. THE NEED FOR PERSONAL COMFORT.
The need for personal comfort. A philosophical view not particular to any religion or following. Social responsibility. Career limiting attitudes.
  3. The Company. POLICY/CORE VALUES.
The Golden Rule. Diversity v. Unity. Ethics as part of performance evaluations. Waste management. Triple bottom line.
  4. The Decision Tree. FROM THE INDIVIDUAL TO THE GREATER COMMUNITY.
Leadership and Trust, not just paying lip service to an ideal. The value of Compliance Officers.
"Morals in the Market" is offered as a separate module or as part of the much acclaimed Team Dynamics program. Contact Geoff or David for more information.
